The vast majority of our referrals onto secondary care (cataracts, glaucoma etc) are sent to NHS Lanarkshire or NHS Greater Glasgow. These however can come with a lengthy wait unless the condition is immediately sight or life-threatening.
We offer the option, should you prefer, to refer to our preferred private clinic, Vision Scotland. With clinics across the country Vision Scotland offer private assessment and surgery if needed within days of referral.
